As we approach the close of another remarkable year, I find myself reflecting on the incredible journey we've collectively undertaken. Every organization has its own obstacles to clear, and the resilience and dedication of our people have been nothing short of inspiring. I am immensely proud of each of our team members for continuing to create a much stronger business for 2024 and beyond.

We never lose sight of the achievements we make year over year. It’s a great reminder to our team that we’re doing meaningful work we can be proud of. One such achievement is being recognized as a ‘Global Leader’ in Procurement BPO and Transformation Services in the 2023 Information Services Group Provider Lens™ report. This recognition is a testament to the unwavering commitment of the professionals in our organization.
This year, dedication to delivering world-class excellence to our clients, prioritizing our people and culture, and working harmoniously together has been truly commendable. Over the years, our organization’s resilience has been tested and strengthened, like steel over the coals of a fire. The result of that strength has also positioned us as a ‘Leader’ in Everest Group’s 2023 Source-to-Contract (S2C) Services PEAK Matrix™ Assessment.
Finally, we are humbled to be positioned as a ‘Market Leader’ in Sourcing and Procurement Services in the 2023 HFS Horizons report.
Co-Creation and Acceleration with Acquisitions
I am beyond excited about the combined capabilities we now possess as a procurement business, thanks to the recent acquisitions of The Smart Cube and OptiBuy. The leadership team and I have spent a tremendous amount of time crafting how we will operate as a combined business, leveraging these capabilities to serve our existing and new clients better.
At the core, we are a procurement end-to-end ecosystem builder. Now, that core is enhanced through The Smart Cube’s intelligence and analytics, which fuels our digital product solutions that accelerate our client’s procurement maturity.
We have always played a small part in the platform services space prior to combining our capabilities with OptiBuy – but now we are on the map as a platform services integrator that can take a leading role, especially in North America.
As we’ve always advocated for a holistic approach to Procurement and Digital Transformation, these acquisitions provide us with a greater capacity to infuse even stronger holistic strategies into our work.
Charting the Course for the Future
Our role as a leading procurement ecosystem builder is to anticipate the evolving needs of our clients. WNS Procurement’s directive is to be ahead of the curve, helping clients pave the way for change to meet their business needs. With our expanded capabilities, we will further showcase how we can fuel a client's procurement journey to make them as efficient, profitable, and successful as possible.
In our endeavor to be proactive, we are focused on becoming the global Procurement leader in Artificial and Human Intelligence. This involves differentiating ourselves as a leader of technology-enabled procurement services. Strengthening our white glove service with extensive digital solutions continues our evolution of a new branch of digital transformation.
