Greg Anderson is the North America Practice Leader at WNS Denali. He is a proven expert in Supply Chain and Procurement Managed Services and Technology solutions. Greg has over three decades of cross-industry sales, marketing, and operations leadership experience. Prior to WNS, Greg held leadership positions at Ivalua, Pensiamo, Directworks, Tenzing Consulting, SmartOps, Ariba, FreeMarkets, GE, and PPG.

Denis Royer EMEA Practive Leader at WNS Denali. Denis has 20+ years of experience in procurement, Business Process Management, risk management and business transformation. Denis honed his skills in a variety of roles, including CPO, Group Director of Supply Management, Managing Director, Global Head of Sales and Marketing and Entrepreneur. Prior to WNS he held global leadership roles at Xchanging Procurement Services, KnightRidder SSC, Media Consortium, PwC, Nortel Networks, and Liebherr Aerospace. He holds Master’s degrees from Georgia Tech and Grenoble EM.

Satyen Pathak leads Global Knowledge Functions at WNS Denali. He leads a team of subject matter experts in building innovative sustainable solutions and engagement models for Clients. His passion for procurement and supply chain began early in his career while working in the manufacturing industry and serving clients in automotive and industrial manufacturing. Satyen spent the subsequent 12 years in various roles supporting business development, supply chain, procurement, and product development and the last 13 years managing solutions and capability development for procurement and supply chain services. Satyen is an MBA in General Management from IIM Ahmedabad, a Mechanical Engineer, and a certified Six-Sigma Green belt.

A passionate practitioner and procurement industry expert, Mateusz Borowiecki has more than 20 years of experience in managing international procurement and consultancy projects. He is a specialist in implementing comprehensive procurement systems and IT tools and has managed optimization projects on European and global scales. He willingly shares his knowledge and experience at conferences, meetings, training courses, and lectures for postgraduate and MBA students (at the Kozminski University in Warsaw and WSB in Wrocław). He is the author of numerous publications regarding supply chain management.

David Clevenger leads Advisory Services at WNS Denali. He works with clients to eliminate barriers to successful procurement operations. His passion for Procurement was sparked more than 20 years ago, pioneering the use of reverse auctions in complex services categories. Prior to WNS Denali, David held leadership positions within Procurement services at Corporate United (now OMNIA Partners) and FreeMarkets. David is responsible for the development of many unique supplier and stakeholder management methods, as well as advanced bidding strategies, for which he holds a patent.

Jon Bazzani leads Workforce Management & Operations at WNS Denali. He works with internal leaders and clients to create high performing teams aimed at maximizing performance and driving value as well as growing team member careers through internal mobility. He is passionate about Procurement because of the people partnership and value driven through all layers of business. Jon has 20 years of client facing experience in Procurement delivery and client leadership as well as business development experience in Supply chain through previous roles at Accenture, Ariba and FedEx Services. Jon holds an MBA from Point Park University.

He willingly shares his knowledge and experience at conferences, meetings, training courses, and lectures for students (at the ALK in Warsaw and WSB in Wrocław). He is the author of numerous publications regarding supply chain management.

Chris Eyerman leads Digital Innovation at WNS Denali. Chris has over 30 years of technical and business experience, and over 20 years collaborating with clients to improve their procurement programs and change how they leverage procurement through category management, source-to-contract and procurement transformation programs. Before joining WNS Denali, Chris held management roles at FreeMarkets, Ariba, and Exostar. He is a real-life rocket scientist and holds an MS degree in Aeronautics and Astronautics from MIT as well as an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.

Binay Ganeriwal leads Finance function of WNS Denali. Binay has spent two decades in Finance functions. Before joining WNS, he worked with companies like Lanco, Infosys, Tata Group, and Electrosteel. Binay’s main role is in Business finance supporting the organization and Business Leaders for the growth of the organization and their profile includes FPNA & Budgeting. Binay also worked in Project Financing and Consolidation of Financial Statements. Binay holds an MBA in Finance from Calcutta University and Chartered Accountancy (equivalent to US CPA).

Pavan Jaju leads Quality and Transformation initiatives at WNS Denali. In his current role, he manages implementation of the quality management frameworks across all the client processes and is responsible to ensure world class quality of service delivery. Pavan drives the process excellence training charter at WNS Denali by driving initiatives and trainings on lean Six Sigma.

Prior to this role, Pavan successfully managed outsouced procurement service delivery for client accounts in the APAC region. Pavan was the delivery center head for Denali India from inception and played a key role in the set up of the center in Pune and ramp up of the service delivery teams for more than 7 years.

Stacy Joslin leads Marketing at WNS Denali. Stacy has spent two decades in the Procurement and Marketing functions. Before joining WNS, she was the Head of Marketing Procurement at InterContinental Hotels Group. Prior to that, she held similar roles at Citrix, Novartis, and Pfizer. Stacy's favorite part about procurement is the opportunity it brings to benefit so many areas of the business and to partner with a wide network of colleagues. Stacy holds an MBA in Marketing and a Master’s in International Business from the University of Pittsburgh.

Puneet Rathor leads Supply Chain at WNS Denali. Puneet brings more than a decade-long consulting and operationalizing experience in the global supply chain and procurement space. He has helped fortune 500 clients achieve superior cost performance through spend analytics, savings opportunity assessment, supply chain excellence, strategic cost reduction, ZBx, and digitalization solutions. An engineer-turned supply chain consultant, he has taken up diverse challenges such as addressing automotive market recall, standing-up greenfield utility projects, driving FMCG supply operations excellence, scaling new e-commerce businesses, and creating business cases in sales pitches. At WNS-Denali, Puneet leads our global supply chain practice, owning the solutions, capability, and thought leadership. He is an MBA from IIT Mumbai, a bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, and is a certified Lean Six Sigma and Project Management Professional.

Lynn Rideout leads Category Management Enablement at WNS Denali. She works across clients and industries to build and strengthen strategic Procurement capabilities, and to empower Procurement professionals to maximize their business impact. She leads a team of category leaders, coaches, trainers and market intelligence experts that have a passion for procurement and love to share it with client organizations. Lynn has held leadership positions at various Procurement technology, Consulting, and Services firms throughout her career and is on a life-long mission to elevate the role of Procurement in every organization she touches. She has a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs and is a certified coach and instructor.

Tunc Yilmaz leads Transitions at WNS Denali. He and his team partner with new Clients to implement WNS Denali Procurement Solutions, manage change, and transition digitally-enabled programs into steady state. Tunc’s favorite part about mobilization is meeting new Clients around the globe from different industries, cultures and backgrounds every day and be able to help them out in their procurement journey no matter where they start from. Prior to WNS Denali, Tunc held leadership roles at Microsoft, NetApp, Alcoa, Caterpillar, American Express, Pepsi. Tunc brings 20+ years of experience in Procurement, Operations, Supply Chain, Portfolio Management and Consulting. Tunc is an Industrial Engineer with an MBA from the University of Illinois and a SixSigma Black belt.
